I am a strategic and creative problem solver with over 15 years of experience designing learning solutions for adults in a variety of corporate and educational settings.  

I began my career as a community college English instructor, and then in 2018 shifted into executive coaching.  In each of these roles, I realized what I loved most was analyzing what my clients needed, and then designing and implementing engaging learning experiences to meet those needs.  

Soon after, I learned that one could make an entire career doing just that, and so I honed my skills and pivoted into the field of instructional design and eLearning.
